The NSE benchmark Nifty witnessed a negative opening but recovered smartly from lower levels and traded with a positive bias in the afternoon session. But selling pressure in the last leg of trading dragged the index lower and Nifty ended the session below the 11,400 mark. The price action formed a small body negative candle with long upper shadow. On the last trading session of the week, we may see the market opening on a flat note and there is likelihood that it may continue to trade in a range before the index kicks off the next leg of the rally. On the downside, support is seen around the level of 11,340, followed by 11,280. On the upside, the level of 11,450 is an immediate resistance, followed by 11,500.
