In this exclusive interview, Akshay Chhabra, CEO of One Point One Solutions Ltd states that India’s outsourcing industry has seen a boom and the future looks promising too and One Point One Solutions is strategically positioned to capitalise on these trends.

The company posted an impressive 71 per cent year-on-year revenue growth for Q1FY25, with net profit surging by 76 per cent. What were the primary factors contributing to this exceptional performance?
The company has secured significant contracts, including international wins from the healthcare sector, integrated power, and financial services.  These wins have added value to our clientele and revenue streams. As an organisation, we strive to improve operational efficiency, which in turn has reflected in improved cost management and service delivery. The emphasis on Gen-AI in our service offerings and operational capabilities has enabled us to leverage technology to position ourselves in this competitive industry. 

Additionally, our recent acquisition of ITCube Solutions has strengthened our presence in North America, contributing to the overall revenue growth. To further strengthen our foothold, authorised share capital has been increased from Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crore.

Could you offer insights into the segment-wise contribution of the company's services and its client distribution across various regions and industry verticals?
We have a diverse portfolio comprising client distribution across various regions and industry verticals. Over 50 per cent of our client base comes from BFSI including FinTech’s and E-commerce, which are the critical drivers of revenue for the company. The client canvas is distributed in a balanced way with significant engagement from North America, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Could you provide details about the company's recent international order wins?
1. Telehealth Company in Atlanta, USA
One Point One Solutions has partnered with a prominent telehealth company headquartered in Atlanta. The collaboration focuses on providing contact centre solutions and data verification services, aimed at streamlining the telemedicine cycle and enhancing connectivity between healthcare providers and patients globally

2. Publicly Listed Swedish Company
The company has also won a contract with a publicly listed firm in Sweden. This engagement involves developing a robust platform for ticket management across various departments, facilitating seamless communication and creating a comprehensive knowledge repository. Additionally, it includes a solution for payroll data management, ensuring secure access and efficient processing of payroll information

3. ITCube Solutions' Client Win in Europe
A subsidiary of One Point One Solutions, ITCube Solutions, secured a client in Europe specialising in combating brand threats through AI-driven tools. This deal allows the company to utilise its AI-powered platform for automated detection and removal of infringing content across digital platforms, further enhancing its service offerings in the European market.

What are the company's top three strategic priorities at present?

Our top three strategic priorities are:

- Geographical expansion across key regions including Central Americas, and South East Asia to serve clients globally more effectively and tap into new markets.

- Strategic partnerships with clients to drive growth.

- Nurture the ecosystem of AI+Human to drive efficiency.

What is your future outlook for the BPO/ITeS industry in India, and how is the company positioning itself to capitalise on emerging opportunities?

India’s outsourcing industry has seen a boom and the future looks promising too. At 1Point1, we have strategically positioned ourselves to capitalise on these trends. Most of the clients are increasingly seeking Gen-AI solutions among other advanced technologies for enhanced operational rigor.

BPO/ ITeS has seen an expansion into Nearshore and Offshore markets for India. With the growing demand for specialised services especially in the healthcare, finance and IT sectors, the sector is showcasing a favourable trend. At 1Point1, we ensure to actively deploy digital transformation initiatives including intelligent automation to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction. 

Projects are underway to establish delivery centres across India, Lat-Am/ Central America, and Southeast Asia, aiding the organisation to serve clients across multiple geographies effectively. With our strategic acquisitions including ITCube, Client-centric approach, and continuous improvements through smart automation, we are well-equipped to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape.
