HCL Technologies collaborates with JDA Commerce
HCL Technologies has announced its collaboration with JDA Commerce Inc. The company will join forces with JDA Commerce for developing product support and go-to-market (GTM initiatives) for JDA’s Commerce, SofTechnics, and Pricing and Revenue Management Solutions. It will also be shifting towards the SaaS model.
This collaboration will enable both the companies to increase their service capabilities, search for the new and enhanced product innovations, foray into new markets and launch products in the newly expanded geographies.
HCL Technologies is a leading IT company that operates in 39 countries. It provides an integrated portfolio of products, solutions and services underlined by mode 1-2-3 growth strategy. It delivers solutions across select verticals, including financial services, retail and consumer, life sciences aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, telecom and media publishing, and entertainment. JDA Commerce is a supply chain software provider which uses SaaS solutions and caters to more than 4,000 global customers.
On a consolidated basis, for Q4FY18, company’s revenue was up 2.2 per cent YoY, but its PAT was down by 9.8 per cent YoY. The EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 22.9 per cent and PAT margin stood at 16.9 per cent.
On Friday, HCL’s stock opened at Rs. 911 per share. It made intraday high of Rs. 923 and low of Rs. 900. Its 52-week high is at Rs. 1,106.60 and 52-week low is Rs. 825.10.
