Havells launches a range of water purifier

The company has introduced pH balance and mineral fortifying range of water purifiers. The new range can purify industrial and agricultural pollutants found in drinking water. 

Havells unveiled water purifier that maintains the pH balance of water and adds essential minerals and trace elements to the purified water. Trace nutrients in the water are lost during reverse osmosis (RO) process. The company launched the new range in Kashmir.

The company believes that its new range of product will address contaminants found like bacteria and other organisms causing gastroenteritis, typhoid and acute diarrheal diseases, even as it maintains pH balance. The product is customised to rural areas where agricultural pollutants and industrial waste is also found in potable water.

Havells water purifier will be available in six variants, Digitouch, Digiplus, UTS, Max, Pro and  UV  Plus priced between priced between Rs. 10,500 to Rs. 24,000.

On Thursday, the stock of Havells India closed at Rs. 662.40 per share, down by Rs. 7.55 or 1.13 per cent on BSE.
