Future Lifestyle Fashions to consider raising funds
The board of directors of Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL) will hold a meeting on February 20, 2020 to consider as well as to evaluate the proposal for raising funds.
The funds will be raised by the issuance of equity shares, bonds, debentures or foreign currency convertible bonds I or non-convertible debt instruments, warrants or convertible debentures, etc through private placement or preferential issue or qualified institutions placement or via any other permissible mode or combination thereof, as will be decided by the directors in the meeting subject to such statutory and regulatory approvals, including the approval of the company’s shareholders wherever required.
FLFL is an integrated fashion company consisting of fashion brands that cover formal menswear, casual wear, active or sportswear, women’s ethnic wear, women’s denim wear, women’s casual wear, footwear and accessories. The company primarily operates through its retail outlet destinations such as Central and Brand Factory. Its offered brand includes Lee Cooper, Indigo Nation, Bare Casuals, Scullers, John Miller, Converse, Umbro, SPUNK and URBAN Yoga.
On Tuesday, the stock of the company closed at Rs 390.55, down by 0.77 per cent or Rs 3.05 per share. The intraday high is Rs 404 and intraday low is Rs 388.45. The 52-week high is Rs 502 and 52-week low is Rs 380.75 on BSE.
