Five stocks witnessing long unwinding
Long unwinding refers to selling of positions or stocks owned for a longer period either to book profit or to exit it in anticipation of impending bearishness.
The domestic benchmark indices opened the last trading session of the week on a positive note. However, at 11.24 am, both Sensex, as well as Nifty, were spotted in the red zone, trading at 56,916.36 and 16,945.55 levels, down by 0.70 per cent & 0.74 per cent, respectively.
The top three gainers of today's session include HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, and ITC, which climbed 1.85 per cent, 0.91 per cent & 0.76 per cent, respectively.
