Five stocks witnessing long unwinding
Long unwinding refers to selling of positions or stocks owned for a longer period either to book profit or to exit it in anticipation of impending bearishness.
The markets opened in green on Tuesday. However, at 11.02 am, both Sensex and Nifty were spotted in the red zone. Sensex was seen trading at 59,878.56, down by 0.33 per cent while Nifty was at 17,823.75, down by 0.18 per cent.
Power Grid, NTPC, and Titan emerged as the top three gainers of today’s session, which surged 4.69 per cent, 2.80 per cent & 1.77 per cent, respectively.
