Firstsource Solutions share inches up as business relations expand

On Friday, Firstsource’s company, PatientMatters announced that Mon Health System, which serves communities in West Virginia, has selected the company’s Intelli Advisor Consulting Services.  

The service defines that PatientMatters will also direct Mon Health’s pre-access service centre including process workflows and related functions. Mon Health’s mission of providing a positive patient financial experience, improving collections, and enhancing registration quality & speed will also be supported by PatientMatters.  

Intelli Advisor will support Mon Health Advisor to validate insurance share, bill estimates along with conducting prior authorisations and helping patients to make a smoother transition to the point of care. Patients will also be able to access financial information of COVID-19 payer coverage and use bill estimates to be well-prepared with the cost of care thereby, reducing the possibility of unexpected billing surprises. Additionally, COVID-19 patients can be identified by the pre-access service centre staff through a series of questions and accordingly, direct them to appropriate testing locations.

The share of Firstsource Solutions was trading at Rs 95.20, up by 0.32 per cent on Friday.
