Fineotex Chemicals, Privi Specialty Chemicals, Thirumalai Chemicals lead BSE SmallCap index gains; Multibagger Zen Tech slips

The Markets are reflecting higher volatility at all time highs on Thursday. The BSE Midcap index is seen outperforming both the BSE Sensex and the BSE SmallCap index on an intraday basis.

Vodafone Idea share price is up by more than 10 per cent even as it becomes the top BSE Midcap gainer. 

The specialty chemical stocks viz., Fineotex Chemicals and Privi Specialty Chemicals are seen outperforming markets on Thursday with each of the top small cap gainers trading higher by more than 10 per cent. Thirumalai Chemicals share price is up by more than 6 per cent. Other small cap gainers are HLE Glass, up by ~10 per cent and Religare up by ~6 per cent. 

The shares of Zen Technologies were seen underperforming; locked in the lower circuit as some profit booking seen in the multibagger counter in Thursday trading session. The share price of Zen Technology has jumped higher by 139 per cent in one month alone, however the stock is down by ~14 per cent in the past three trading sessions.

Zensar Technology is the worst performing index constituent, down by more than 6 per cent on an intraday basis. 

Shree Renuka Sugars, Brightcom Group and R Com are the BSE SmallCap index constituents that are locked in the upper circuit.
