EaseMyTrip partners with JustDial to become exclusive air travel services provider

On Thursday, Easy Trip Planners Limited informed the bourses that it has joined hands with JustDial to provide air travel services.  

Through this partnership, EaseMyTrip will become the exclusive service provider to JustDial for all flight bookings request received through multiple platforms such as the website, mobile website, mobile applications, over the telephone and text. There will be a direct application programming interface (API) integration of EaseMyTrip with Justdial, where real-time bookings will be executed.  

Speaking on the development, Rikant Pitti, the Whole-time Director of EaseMyTrip stated that through this association, EaseMyTrip will be able to serve millions of users on their platform for a seamless travel booking integration. He further stated that the company was looking forward to a long association with JustDial.   

EaseMyTrip ranks second among the key online travel agencies in India in terms of booking volume in the nine-month ended December 31, 2020. It offers a complete range of travel-related products and services for end-to-end travel solutions, including airline tickets, hotels, and holiday packages, rail tickets, bus tickets, and taxis as well as ancillary value-added services such as travel insurance, visa processing along with tickets for activities & attractions.  

At the time of market closing, the shares of Easy Trip Planners Limited were trading at Rs 172.40, up by 0.79 per cent or Rs 1.35 per share, against a 0.79 per cent gain in the benchmark index. The 52-week high of the company is recorded at Rs 233.15 while its 52-week low is Rs 147.50 on BSE.
