Ducon Infratechnologies gains 7 per cent on project win
Ducon Infratechnologies has received a FGD project order from Chloride Metals.
Chloride Metals is one of India’s largest secondary lead smelter and production company known for its greenfield lead metal recycling and refining project in Haldia. According to the order, Ducon will deliver a complete air pollution control package including Lime FGD system along with the particulate control system which will allow Chloride Metals to comply with the latest global emission standards.
Ducon Infratechnologies is a technology company providing solutions in the digital and infrastructure space to a variety of business segments across industries. The company diversified into FGD systems, bulk material handling systems, and electrification and infrastructure markets through recently completed demerger process. The original IT business of the company deals with network and hardware solutions, marketing initiatives, distribution, volume procurement and end-to-end technical support.
On Monday, the shares of Ducon opened at Rs. 15.10 against Friday’s close of Rs. 14.94. At around 11:45 hours, the share was trading at Rs. 16.10, 7.76 per cent higher than the previous close. It reached an intraday high of Rs. 17.15 and an intraday low of Rs. 14.68 per share on the BSE. The 52-week high stood at Rs. 32.80 and 52-week low was at Rs. 8.51 per share on the BSE.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was quoting 38,650.88, down by 0.81 per cent.
