Dilip Buildcon wins HAM project from NHAI in Telangana
Dilip Buildcon Limited has won a new hybrid annuity model (HAM) project from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in the state of Telangana. The project cost is worth Rs 1,140.50 crore.
The scope of the project includes four-laning of NH-363 from Repallewada stretched over 52.602 km (design km 42.000/existing km 288.510) to Telangana/Maharashtra border (design km 94.602/existing km 342.000) in the state of Telangana under NH (O).
The first year’s operation and maintenance cost is Rs 3 crore. The estimated time given for the completion of the project is 24 months and the operation period would be 15 years from the commercial operation date (COD).
Last month, the company’s joint venture with Hindustan Construction Company (DBL-HCC) had bagged an EPC project from Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply, and Kalpasar Department (Water Resources) in the state of Gujarat worth Rs 4,167.70 crore.
In FY20, the company was able to complete projects across eight states in the road and mining sectors. It completed road projects worth Rs 7,897.3 crore. Six road projects worth Rs 5,199.2 crore were completed much before the scheduled time and due to this, 66 per cent of the completed road projects value had earned a bonus of Rs 128.2 crore. Its total order book stood at Rs 19,081.6 crore as on March 31, 2020.
On Tuesday, during the early morning session, the stock of Dilip Buildcon surged 2.8 per cent to Rs 295 from its previous close of Rs 287.05 on BSE.
