Dilip Buildcon inches higher on EPC order execution
The shares of Dilip Buildcon recovered from intra-day lows on Thursday, reacting to the update on its EPC project execution in Uttar Pradesh.
The company released a press note to stock exchange informing that it has executed an EPC agreement with Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for project scope in the state. The project falls under Gorakhpur Link Expressway Project (Package II) for the development of link way from Fulwariya in Ambedkar Nagar district to Salarpur in Azamgarh district from km 47+500 to km 90+535 and the fully access-controlled 4-lane (expandable to 6 lanes) divided carriageway on EPC Basis. The total project cost is Rs 1,250.01 crore, having a completion period of 36 months.
Dilip Buildcon Ltd is engaged in the business of undertaking and executing construction projects in the roads and irrigation sector. The company has a specialisation in constructing state and national highways, city roads, culverts, bridges and so on.
At 11.10 am, the stock is trading with gains of 0.60 per cent at Rs 421.25 on BSE.
