Dhampur Sugar Mills commence production of hand sanitisers
Sugarcane mills company, Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited, today announced that they have commenced the production of hand sanitisers to combat the spread of Coronavirus.
In a BSE filing released on Monday during the market hours, the company informed that they have started the production of hand sanitisers at its unit at Dhampur city, which is in Bijor district of Uttar Pradesh, with effect from March 29, 2020.
Soon after this, the stock of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd touched an upper circuit of Rs 78.85.
Incorporated in the year 1933, Dhampur Sugar Mills is a small-cap company operating in sugar sector. It is also one of the leading integrated sugarcane processing companies in India.
At the time of market closing on Monday, the stock of Dhampur Sugar Mills was trading at Rs 78.85, up by 4.99 per cent against its previous close of Rs 75.10. Its 52-week high is recorded at Rs 246.00 while, its 52-week low is Rs 65.80 on BSE.
