Day’s Movers: These stocks were among the top gainers on April 06

Here are the top gaining stocks in BSE Group ‘A’.

On Thursday, the frontline equity indices finished higher over its previous closing. The 30-share index, Sensex gained 0.24 per cent or 143.66 points and closed at 59,832.97 while the 50-share index, Nifty closed at 17,599.15 and gained 0.24 per cent. Some of the shares that surged in today's trade out of BSE Group 'A' were Dhani Services Ltd, Vakrangee Ltd and Barbeque-nation Hospitality Ltd.    

Shares of Dhani Services Ltd zoomed 17.36 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 40.77 over its previous close of Rs 34.74. Today, the intraday high and low of Dhani Services Ltd were Rs 41.68 and Rs 34.33, respectively.      

Another constituent of BSE ‘A’ Group that rallied was Vakrangee Ltd, gaining 14.17 per cent in today’s session closing at Rs 18.77. Today, the intraday high and low of Vakrangee Ltd were Rs 19.72 and Rs 16.30, respectively.    

Barbeque-nation Hospitality Ltd also rallied 11.83 per cent and closed at Rs 674.00 over its previous close of Rs 602.70. Today, the intraday high and low of Barbeque-nation Hospitality Ltd were Rs 719.85 and Rs 593.25, respectively.
