Capacite Infraprojects bags Rs. 365.50 crore orders from Oberoi Reality
Capacit’e Infraprojects has received orders amounting to Rs. 365.50 crore from Oberoi Realty Group entities.
These orders are for construction of proposed residential rehabilitation and sale of tower amounting to Rs. 145.50 crore and for construction of mixed use development project amounting to Rs. 220 crore.
As on December 31, 2017, the company had an order book of Rs. 5,240 crore. Top five orders contribute 43 per cent of the order book. Post December, the company has won two new orders worth Rs. 247 crore from Kalpataru Group and Wadhwa Group.
Capacit’e Infraprojects is engaged in construction of residential, commercial and institutional buildings. The company's geographical revenue mix comprises of West India – 78.5 per cent, South India – 17.3 per cent and North India – 4.2 per cent. The company had come up with an IPO for raising Rs. 400 crore in September 2017 and got listed on the BSE and NSE with premium of ~60 per cent on its issue price.
Today, the stock opened at Rs. 322 and touched an intra-day high of Rs. 336.90, on the BSE, cheering the news.
