Earlier this month, the company had bagged orders worth Rs. 400 crore in Mumbai from two real estate developers, Oberoi Realty and K Raheja. The order from K Raheja is for the construction work of a commercial project at Worli. The company will also deliver Oberoi Realty’s Sky City project at Borivali. The company had also bagged Rs. 483 crore project from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) for the redevelopment of a hospital.
On Tuesday, Capacit’e was trading at Rs. 231 per share, up 1.18 per cent on the BSE. The stock touched its 52-week high of Rs. 372.75 per share and a 52-week low of Rs.171.10 per share on the BSE.
