Capacite Infra bags Rs. 229 crore order from Raymond Realty
Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has bagged a contract worth Rs. 229 crore from Raymond Limited (Realty Division). The scope of work includes civil and shell works for Aspirational Towers A, B, C and MLCP Building at Raymond Limited, Thane.
The company has confirmed that the promoters or promoter group or group companies do not have any interest in the entities from whom the contract is received and does not fall within the purview of related party transactions.
Earlier, in the month of April, the company had bagged two orders worth Rs. 342.38 crore from private sector clients in Mumbai for construction of residential and commercial buildings. The company's order book as on December 31, 2018, stood at Rs. 7,519 crore (excluding MHADA orders). The residential segment contributed 77 per cent to the order book and commercial and institutional segments contributed 23 per cent.
On Thursday, stock of Capacit’e Infra opened at Rs. 230.50 per share. During the morning trading session, it jumped by 3.2 per cent making an intraday high of Rs. 234.25 per share compared to close its close of Rs. 227.
