Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys – The company has informed the exchange that they have prepaid the term debt of Rs 181 crore recently and after payment of normal instalments for the quarter ending December 31, 2021, the company's long-term debt will reduce to Rs 143.94 crore and they will become net debt-free.
On Friday, the scrip of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys opened at Rs 900 and touched an intra-day high of Rs 908.20.
Dhruv Consultancy Services – The company has recently announced that they have received the Letter of Award (LOA) in association with Global Infra Solutions & Kaius Consulting Pvt Ltd for the consultancy services as the independent engineer for supervision of the development of ‘Six Lane Chittoor-Thatchur Highway from Km 61.380 to Km 116.100’ on hybrid annuity mode under Bharatmala Pariyojna in the state of Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu on HAM Mode (Package II) from the office of General Manager (Tech), National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi.
Fees towards the independent engineer's services for the said project will be Rs. 5.13 crore (excluding taxes). The contract period will be 48 months.
Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services touched an intra-day high of Rs 59.70 and at 12:18 PM (Friday) are currently trading at levels of Rs 57.80.
