Buzzing stock: Barbeque Nation zooms 15 per cent on better than expected results

The share price of Burger King has gained by more than 100 per cent in 2021 alone while in one month the stock is up by more than 30 per cent.

The share price of Barbeque Nation is seen soaring on bourses on Friday .

The company recently  declared a better than expected result. The company announced that its losses narrowed to Rs 43 crore while its sales soared by 941 per cent. The net loss was to the tune of Rs 59.6 crore in the year ago quarter. The consolidated revenue for the quarter soared by  941 per cent YoY to Rs 102 crore. The operating loss narrowed to Rs 17.8 crore in teh quarter ended June from Rs 36.1 crore a year ago. 

The share price of Burger King has gained by more than 100 per cent in 2021 alone while in one month the stock is up by more than 30 per cent. On Friday the share price of Barbeque Nation is up by more than 15 per cent and is seen outperforming the markets. 

BSE Sensex is seen trading with weekness on Friday and is down by more than 100 points.
