BSE Group donates Rs. 25 lacs for Kerala flood relief
BSE group and its employees donated Rs. 25 lakh to support people of Kerala who are affected by ravaging flood in the month of August. Incessant rains have caused huge losses in terms of life and property in the state.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Kerala in these difficult times. Our hearts go out to those who have lost their life and their homes due to this natural calamity,” said Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD & CEO, BSE Limited. On behalf of BSE Group and its employees, Nayan Mehta, CFO, BSE handed over the cheque to EP Jayarajan, Minister for Industries, Kerala.
BSE appreciated the effort of Central Government, State Government, members of the armed forces and civil groups for the rescue and relief operations carried out in the state.
BSE Limited is listed on NSE exchange. The company reported a total income of Rs. 9,788.00 lakh for the Q1FY19 with Net Profit at Rs. 5,181.00 lakh.
Meanwhile, the stock of BSE Limited close at Rs. 735.00 per share, down 0.37 per cent on Friday.
