BSE Basic Materials: These small-cap stocks emerged as the top sectoral gainers on September 7

In a volatile trading session, the BSE Basic Material index ended on a positive note at 5,570.57.  

 At the closing bell on September 7, the Sensex closed at 59,028.91, down by 0.28 per cent or 168.08 points.  

 National Peroxide Ltd and Sanghi Industries Ltd witnessed positive action in today’s session.   

   National Peroxide Ltd gained 10.04 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 1729.85. The shares of the company hit intra-day highs and lows of Rs 1755 and Rs 1525, respectively. National Peroxide Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing Hydrogen Peroxide and other products. It is the largest manufacturer of hydrogen peroxide in India. 

  Sanghi Industries Ltd witnessed a gain of 9.97 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 66.75. The shares of the company hit intra-day highs and lows of Rs 66.75 and 59.30, respectively. Sanghi Industries Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of cement and cement products in domestic and export markets and it also sells Ready Mix Concrete. The company has manufacturing facilities in Sanghipuram, Gujarat.
