BSE 500: Positive Q1FY23 results impart a strong rally in these counters on July 25

At the closing bell on July 25, the Sensex closed at 55,766.22 down by 0.6 per cent or 306 points, while the Nifty index closed at 16,631 down by 0.5 per cent or 88 points.  

  Elecon Engineering and Navin Flourine witnessed positive action in today’s session.  

   Elecon Engineering Company Ltd (Elecon) witnessed a gain of 14.61 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 377.80. The manufacturer of material handling equipment has posted robust Q1 financial results. Net revenue grew by 11.4 per cent on a YoY basis at Rs 327.72 crore, while net profit jumped by 57.6 per cent YoY to Rs 42.52 crore. The shares of Elecon hit intra-day highs and lows of Rs 394.05 and 330.40, respectively. This Vijay Kedia-backed stock was the biggest gainer in the “A” Group in today’s session. 

Navin Fluorine International Ltd gained 10.81 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 4200. The shares of Navin Fluorine hit intra-day highs and lows of Rs 4265 and Rs 3810, respectively. During Q1Y23, net sales jumped 21.75 per cent on a YoY basis at Rs 397.52 crore and PAT stood at Rs 74.45 crore, showing a growth of 33.16 per cent compared to the same period last year.
