Bosch zooms over 5 per cent on setting up JV with BASF Digital Farming
Recently, the company has set up a joint venture with BASF Digital Farming in order to market and sell globally smart farming technologies from a single source.
On Monday, the share of Bosch Limited, a global auto parts supplier zoomed 5.06 per cent in the first half of the trading session.
The share was trading at Rs 16,134.65, which is 5.06 per cent up as compared to the previous trading session. In the last one year, the share gained 33.83 per cent while in a period of one month, the company has given 3.06 per cent returns to its shareholders.
Recently, the company has set up a joint venture with BASF Digital Farming in order to market and sell globally smart farming technologies from a single source. The name of the new 50:50 JV is Bosch BASF Smart Farming (BBSF) GmbH. The smart spraying solutions developed & tested by Bosch and BASF will be distributed to North America, South America, and Europe.
