- To consider and approve the Subdivision or stock split of equity shares of the Company subject to shareholders and regulatory approvals.
- To consider and approve an Increase in the authorized share capital of the company.
- To consider and approve the raising of funds.

The company posted an operating profit of Rs 4.37 crore for the quarter, in contrast to an operating profit of Rs 3.37 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Furthermore, the company reported a net profit of Rs 2.11 crore, compared to a net profit of Rs 1.25 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s ROCE and ROE are 10 per cent and 8.75 per cent while the shares are trading at a PE of 30.8 times in the market.
