BLS International reports stable Q3 results
Visa applications processor BLS International Services Limited reported stable numbers for the third quarter ended December 2018. The company's total income for the quarter was Rs. 201.3 crore.
BLS International Services registered a total income of Rs. 201.3 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as against Rs. 203.8 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. The company's net profit for the quarter was Rs. 21.5 crore as against Rs. 20.6 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA for the quarter was at Rs. 29.3 crore.
On nine-months ended December 2018 basis, total income was at Rs. 594.8 crore as compared to Rs. 586.9 crore for the corresponding period in the previous year. Net profit for the period was at Rs. 88.5 crore as against Rs. 76.5 crore for the same period in the previous year.
The company's EPS was Rs. 2.10 for Q3FY19.
On Wednesday, the stock of BLS International was trading at Rs. 98.00 per share, down by 8.67 per cent. The stock opened at Rs. 107.40 per share, which is also the stock's intraday high. Meanwhile, Nifty50 was at 10,827.15, up by 0.04 per cent.
