BLS International commences services in Jordan
BLS International has begun its operations for the French Embassy in Jordan from August 19, 2018, said the company in a filing to the bourses.
In Jordan, the company will be providing key deliverable under this contract and will support processing of approximately 25,000 France Visa applications.
BLS International provides visa, passport, attestation and citizen services to the government across the world. The company operates in 62 countries for the governments of Afghanistan, India, Spain, Italy, Hungary, UAE and France. BLS International Services currently handles approximately 11 million visa applications annually across its global network.
On Thursday, the stock of BLS international opened higher at Rs. 172.05 per share than its previous close of Rs. 168. It reached an intraday high of Rs 172.05 and an intraday low of Rs. 166.45 per share on the BSE. The 52-week high stood at Rs. 293.60 and 52-week low was Rs. 115 per share on the BSE.
Despite the news, at 12:07, the share was quoting Rs. 167 per share, down by 0.95 per cent. The Indian benchmark indices were trading in green, BSE Sensex was trading at 38,320.79 level, up by 0.09 per cent and Nifty50 was trading at 11,571.95 level, up by 0.02 per cent.
