BCPL Railway Infrastructure surges over 2 per cent on winning fresh orders
BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from Howrah division – Electrical, Eastern Railway worth Rs 16.2 crore.
The LoA has been received for the purpose of supply, erection, designing, drawing, testing & commissioning of 25 kV overhead equipment (OHE) in connection with Liluah-Bally conversion of unregulated OHE to regulated OHE in Liluah-Bally chord line section and Saktigarh-Bardhaman section (PH-III) in Howrah division of Eastern Railway.
The total value of the orders received is expected to be around Rs 16.2 crore and the estimated period to complete the project is 24 months. The recent order from the Eastern Railway has raised the order book of the company to Rs 200 crore.
BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited (erstwhile Bapi Construction Electrical Engineering Pvt Ltd) is a BSE-listed company (BSE code: 542057), is engaged in the field of railway infrastructure development. Its business operations include designing, drawing, supplying, erecting and commissioning of 25 kV, 50 Hz single-phase traction overhead equipment.
At 2:50 pm on Thursday, the stock of BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited was trading at Rs 108.00, a 1.65 per cent increase over its previous closing price.
