BCPL Railway Infra wins order worth Rs 20.56 crore in railway electrification segment
BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited, a company engaged in the business of railway infrastructure development, announced today that it has bagged an order worth Rs 20.56 crore from Eastern Railway (HQ), Electrical. This project is expected to be completed over a period of 12 months.
As per the contract, the company will engage in designing, drawing, supplying, erection, testing & commissioning of 25 kilovolts AC single-phase overhead equipment, LT supply transformer and new switching stations at Mohanpur, Balenpur, and Kankni. This will be in connection with the construction of a new broad-gauge line from Mohanpur (In) to Hansdiha (Ex) in Asansol division of Eastern Railway.
While commenting on this development, a company official stated that the management is pleased with this development. It has an optimistic outlook on the pipeline of orders in the coming months as well as in near future and expects to end the year on robust order book.
At 12.10 pm, the share price of BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited was trading at Rs 51.45, which is a decline of 0.29 per cent over its previous closing price of Rs 51.60 on BSE.
