Country’s second largest AMC reported strong performance in its quarterly performance for the quarter ended June 2018. The bottom-line grew substantially to Rs. 204 crore.

Indian benchmark indices opened flat to negative on weak global cues and lower rupee. The Indian rupee down all-time low at Rs. 70.17 per dollar.

Country’s largest bank State Bank of India posted a consecutive net loss in the third quarter of Q1FY19.

The revenue for the quarter declined by 29 per cent YoY to Rs.1135 crore in Q1FY19 as against Rs.1597 crore in previous year corresponding quarter. This was largely due to sharp decline in both of its core segments of consumer products and EPC segments.

Skipper Limited reported weak quarter with substantial decline in bottom-line.   

Blue Star Limited reported mixed set of numbers with flat top-line. However, the bottom-line for the quarter grew strongly.   

Trent Limited reported mixed numbers for the quarter with strong  top-line growth and flattish bottom-line.

RCF reported strong quarterly results for the quarter, but with flat margin for the quarter.
