Astron Paper & Board Mill commences production in PM-2 Gujarat
Astron Paper and Board Mill’s, company engaged in the manufacturing of Kraft Paper from waste paper, informed that its PM-2 located at Halvad, Gujarat has commenced commercial production of kraft paper, having installed capacity of 33,000 MT/year.
Company is currently operating at almost 90 per cent capacity utilization of its PM-1 located at Halvad, Gujarat with installed capacity of 96,000 MT per annum. With the commencement of commercial production for the new line PM-2, the installed capacity has increased by 33,000 MT/Year. As of date, the company has installed capacity of 1,74,600 MT/year (including 21,600 MT/Year of wholly-own subsidiary, Balaram Papers Pvt Ltd).
On Monday, at 2.55 PM stock was trading at Rs. 120.70 per share price, higher by 2.85 per cent from it’s closing on last trading session. On the other hand, the benchmark index BSE Sensex was trading at 34,848, showing uptrend of 115 points from the last trading session.
