Asian Granito bags orders worth Rs 175 crore
Asian Granito India Ltd. (AGIL) received a hearty response from the dealer meet organised during June 16 to July 2, 2019. The company has landed orders to the tune of Rs. 175 crore.
More than 800 dealers from all parts of India participated in the meet and displayed over 1,400 products and designs. These include an exclusive range of GVT, ceramic floor, digital wall, vitrified, parking and sanitaryware range.
With the intention of becoming a leading retail brand in the tiles industry, the company aspires to expand its touch points to more than 10,000, while also increasing the number of showrooms to 500. It has also set a revenue target of Rs. 2,000 crore in the next two to three years.
In order to solidify its position in the industry, the company is consistently working on incorporating innovative and value-added products in its product portfolio.
AGIL is ranked among the top 3 listed ceramic tiles companies in India. Its production capacity has risen from 2,500 square metres per day in 2000 to over 1 lakh square metres per day as of now. Its products are exported to 60 countries and the company endeavours to increase the count to 100 countries in the foreseeable future.
On Wednesday, the shares of Asian Granito India Ltd. opened at Rs. 238.30, and hit a high and low of Rs. 246.45 and Rs. 237.00, respectively. At 2:48 pm, the stock was trading at Rs. 246.00, up 0.74 per cent.
