It has secured various orders to be executed from India and the USA across the Oil & Gas and Water sector, of 47,000 MT amounting to Rs 600 crore. The shares are up by 3.85 per cent and the scrip is trading at Rs 221.25.
HP Cotton Textile Mills is engaged as a leading manufacturer of cotton speciality yarns and cotton sewing threads catering to both local and export markets. Its wholly-owned subsidiary company in the name of "HP MMF TEXTILES LIMITED" has been incorporated on June 24 2022. The shares jumped by 7.44 per cent and the scrip is trading at Rs 122.80.
Dish TV India Ltd is a leading direct-to-home (DTH) company, providing DTH services across segments in the country. In the EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) of the company, 78.94 per cent of the votes cast were against the motion to re-appoint Jawahar Goel as managing director. Moreover, Yes Bank which has a 24.7 per cent stake has been looking to sell its stake in the company. This news has rallied the share price by 6.56 per cent and the scrip is trading at Rs 12.83.
