Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on July 11
On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Oil & Gas Index and BSE Services Index being the top gainers.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the red on Thursday with the Sensex down 0.03 per cent at 79,897, and the Nifty-50 down 0.03 per cent at 24,316. About 2,174 shares have advanced, 1,737 have declined and 112 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 80,481.36 on July 10, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 24,461.05 on July 10, 2024.
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.34 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.57 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were SJVN Ltd, Oil India Ltd and NHPC Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Shipping Corporation of India Ltd, HPL Electric & Power Ltd and Engineers India Ltd

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.51 lakh crore or USD 5.40 trillion as of July 11, 2024. On the same day, 266 stocks hit a 52-week high while 17 stocks touched a 52-week low.
