This loss-making, low-price stock gains more than 50 per cent in last one week

GHCL specialises in the residential sector, with a focus on the mid and higher-income segment of the market. The company, though, has left no stones unturned and seamlessly entered the commercial, retail & township format of the industry. The company plans to expand its expertise in these segments in order to continuously offer better spaces to its customers.  

The stock is up by nearly 53.5 per cent in the last one week and it has been on a streak of hitting the upper circuit. If this doesn’t excite you, the stock is up by a staggering 195 per cent on a YTD basis.   

The stock is in the limelight as it has recently come out with its Q4 numbers. The company posted a net loss of Rs 0.52 crore in Q4FY21 as against a loss of Rs 31.43 crore in Q4FY20.   

On Friday, the stock got locked at an upper circuit of Rs 91.80, which is also its new 52-week high.
