Buzzing stock: Xelpmoc Design hits upper circuit & trades at fresh all-time high

Xelpmoc Design and Tech Ltd is a recently-listed (January-2019) micro-cap company that is catching investors’ attention with its accelerating performance on bourses. Xelpmoc Design is a technology, data analytics, and design company.

The company’s share reached its all-time high on Wednesday when the prices were quoted at Rs 165.45 at the day’s close. The stock then had gained by 4.98 per cent.

The company reported outstanding results in June quarter where its revenue grew by 7.67 per cent on a quarterly basis. Operating profits excluding other income increased by 161.11 per cent (QoQ). Consolidated profits saw a jump of 255 per cent on a quarterly basis. The operating profit margins stood at an impressive 40.17 per cent, which showed a remarkable improvement from reported operating profit margins at 16.56 per cent in the previous quarter.

The free-float market cap of the company is Rs 31.75 crore and offers tech services & solutions to the public as well as private sector clients across industries.

The stock has outperformed Sensex by 176.21 per cent by gaining almost 180.42 per cent in one year. The stock jumped by 59.39 per cent in one month while being up by 162.62 per cent on a YTD basis. 

On Thursday, the stock of the company was trading at Rs 171.85 up by 3.87 per cent or Rs 6.40 per share.
