Anupam Rasayan secures contracts worth Rs 540 crore from two leading MNCs

Anupam Rasayan India Limited (ARIL), a domestic company engaged in the business of custom synthesis and specialty chemical manufacturing, announced this morning that it has secured two contracts worth Rs 540 crore from two esteemed multinational companies.  

The tenure of the contract is 5 years. As per the terms of the agreement, ARIL will provide life science-related chemicals to the two MNCs.  

The two companies in the above-mentioned contracts consist of an existing customer along with a recently acquired one. Both companies are engaged in the business of life sciences chemicals. ARIL was a part of the product development process for both of these MNCs from the beginning.   

As per the statement of a company official, this new development will strengthen the company’s growth prospect and allow it to diversify its product offering. In addition to this, they will produce the materials needed for the two contracts in their current multi-purpose facilities. This will help in steadily increasing the company’s newly constructed capacity. Sealing the deals with the two companies- one existing and the other, a newly acquired client, is a demonstration of their team’s expertise and consistent organisational excellence.  And this new order adds to the letter of intent (LOI) of Rs 1,100 crore that was received last month.  

At 1.51 pm today, the share price of Anupam Rasayan India Ltd was trading at Rs 769.60, up by 0.18 per cent as compared to its previous day’s closing price of Rs 768.25.
