Allied Digital bags Rs. 151 crore smart city project
Allied Digital Services Limited has bagged smart city project for Rajkot in coalition with lead bidder BSNL. The project is worth Rs. 151 crore.
The project is expected to be executed in a period of six months and operations and maintenance shall run for 60 months. It has been budgeted under the Prime Minister’s Smart Cities mission.
Company’s scope of work includes implementation of Smart illegal hawking prevention system, Aadhaar-based biometric attendance system, Command & Control Centre and the Data centre running the applications namely Public Address System, Adaptive Traffic Control System, Intelligent Transit Management System, Smart Parking, Geographic Information System, Enterprise Resource Planning.
In FY18, the company generated revenue of Rs. 224.90 crore. Its net profit stood at Rs. 9.97 crore as against a net loss of Rs. 35 lakhs. For the quarter ending December 2018, the revenue was up 14.4 per cent YoY however PAT was down by 71 per cent to Rs 0.95 crore.
Allied Digital Services is an IT company engaged in designing, developing, deploying and delivering end-to-end IT Infrastructure services having a market cap of Rs. 62.3 crores. On Tuesday, the stock of Allied Digital Services was down by 1.7 per cent closing at Rs. 13.49 on BSE.
