Acrysil resumes partial operation at Gujarat factory amid lockdown
Acrysil Limited has announced that the company has partially resumed operations at its Bhavnagar factory on Wednesday after getting required permission from the authorities.
As per the latest information, the 21-day nationwide lockdown has been extended up to May 3, 2020 to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Following government orders, the company had to shut down its operations earlier post COVID-19 outbreak but in order to fulfil the backlog of export orders, Acrysil Ltd had to resume partial operations at its Bhavnagar factory (Gujarat), starting today.
The company informed that it will strictly adhere to all the rules & regulations of the local regulatory authority and would follow all the norms and safety measures as stipulated in the permission to avoid any infection due to COVID-19. Besides, the company would also take preventive measures like social distancing, temperature testing, providing masks & sanitisers to all the workers.
Acrysil Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Quartz kitchen sinks as well as stainless steel kitchen sinks, bath products, tiles, kitchen appliances and other accessories.
At the time of market closing on Wednesday, the stock of Acrysil Ltd was trading at Rs 64.00, up by 1.99 per cent against its previous close of Rs 62.75. Its 52-week high is recorded at Rs 135.95 while, its 52-week low is Rs 53.95 on BSE.
