As per the latest shareholding pattern of the company, it has been disclosed that Ashish Kacholia has raised his ownership from 4 per cent in December 2022 to 4.17 per cent in March 2023.
In Q3FY23, the company’s net sales went up by 0.01 per cent from last year’s same quarter to Rs 308.99 crore. The EBITDA level stood at Rs 58.56 crore, down by 10.12 per cent from December 2021 quarter. The net profit of the company slipped by 7.81 per cent from corresponding quarter last year to Rs 35.19 crore.
