The company announced on August 8, 2024, the allotment of 90,70,000 warrants to promoters and non-promoters at a price of Rs 150 per warrant, including a Rs 37.5 upfront payment and a Rs 112.5 exercise price, subject to obtaining necessary approvals. The total issue size is Rs 136.05 crore. The company has already received Rs 34.01 crore as an upfront payment from 32 allottees. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share of Rs 2 face value upon payment of the remaining Rs 112.5, in compliance with SEBI regulations.

As of June 2024, the company's promoters bought 73,000 shares and increased their stake to 72.29 per cent and FIIs increased their stake to 0.67 per cent compared to 72.16 per cent and 0.26 per cent in March 2024. The shares of the company have an ROE of 21 per cent and an ROCE of 15 per cent.
