The Board of Directors of the company approved a sub-division /stock split of the company’s 1 (one) equity share having a face value of R 10 each fully paid-up, into 10 equity shares of the company having a face value of Re 1 each fully paid-up. The reason behind the split is to enhance the liquidity of the company’s share and to make it more affordable for small investors and also to broaden the company's investor base. The Board fixed the record date for stock split as Monday, November 18, 2024.

Upon completion of the acquisition, Ishwari Healthcare became a subsidiary of the Company.
