At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 90.79 points or 0.12 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 74,752.65, signifying a gain of 150.53 points or 0.20 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.28 per cent, power plunged by 0.05 and auto soared by 0.54 per cent.
Meanwhile, Craftsman Automation Ltd, V-Mart Retail Ltd and TTK Prestige Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
