Gujarat-based Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has received a patent for a anti-malarial drug in India. The anti-malarial drug (ARH 1) is a pioneer product of the company.

The drug ARH 1 (Arteether) has been developed by the company utilizing Dose Optimization Technology. ARH 1 is a fast-acting blood schizonticidal agent which is easily administered through an injection and highly effective against the malaria parasite.
